Title: The Fiancee and the Other Woman
Author: ebatcl/Natalie
Pairing: Clark and Lois and...
Spoiler: S10 – Kent
A/N: I got this prompt from fairy. I'm no good at writing humor, but I still wanted to try. This is an AU and Offscrrenville moment from the end of Kent.
Hope you guys like it .
Disclaimer: I do not own Smallville.
Clark looked at the two women, one smiling coyly and the other one restless, and heaved an apprehensive sigh.
It had all started when Clark had been pulled back from the parallel world as he was about to reunite with a man after his father's own image. He had been a little sad and disappointed, but knowing that Clark Luthor was roaming around his world, Clark had been mighty glad to come back and take an unharmed Lois Lane in his arms.
However, the problem of his doppelganger still persisted, so Clark had rushed to take care of him. In doing so, he had totally missed the woman whom he had unknowingly brought back to his world.

An hour earlier:
Lois closed her eyes and prayed that Clark would be able to reach in time and stop his evil doppelganger from whatever evil things he was currently doing. She hoped Tess was alright and didn't stop Emil as he also made his way towards Metropolis to ensure the red-headed woman was okay.
Lois smiled slightly. Tess and Emil vehemently denied it, but Lois could tell that the two had developed a bond between them. It had been obvious ever since their unplanned adventures during her and Clark's bachelor/bachelorette parties, and not just because they had sex.
A giggle escaped her as she remembered how mortified Tess and Emil had been to find out that not only had they done the dirty, but the two of them had actually recorded their sexy times.
Lois was about to burst into a fit of laughter, when a faint feminie voice stopped her. Cocking her head, she tried to listen again. Sure enough, a woman's voice could be hard from outside the front door of the farm.
Unsure who might be tresspassing, Lois picked up a broom from the broom closet and carefully made her way towards the door. Poising herself for striking, Lois counted to three under her breath, and then quickly opened the wood and glass door, ready to take off any evil-doer's head.
What Lois saw made her drop the broom and quickly shut the door, and rest her back against it.
I did not just see that, she thought to herself.
But knowing hiding wasn't the solution, Lois slowly turned around and opened the door again, an inch, and peered outside. Sure enough, the woman was still standing there and she had an almost exact expression on her face as Lois. Actually, make that identical, since Lois felt like she was staring at a mirror.
“H-hi,” said the woman on the opposite side. “I'm Lois, Lois Lane.”
“I know,” Lois said with a sigh.
TWCK~EDLL
As she kept dialling Clark, Lois had taken her dark jacket off and was now in the exact outfit she had been wearing the day she had kissed Clark in the DP copy room. Lois smiled secretly at the memory. It had been an amazing kiss.
That was why she was glad that this particular outfit, along with some others, was already here at the farm before the Talon got blown away. Too bad, it meant some of her costumes were burned down to the ground too.
At least Clark had blurred in and out of the Talon to get me the costumes he fancied while we were having our sex marathon.
Lois reddened at the memory and couldn't stop the grin from taking over her face as she thought back to their weeklong rendezvous in the farm. They had done it in every room, in every surface, in every position. The porch swing would have been their first surface outside of the farm house.
“Did he answer?”
Lois turned at her doppelganger and simply shook her head.
“Then what are you smiling about?” the other Lois asked, her brows furrowed in confusion.
Later on, Lois would point out to Clark that that was the moment when she decided that she didn't like this alternate world Lois.
TWCK~EDLL
It had been over half an hour and Lois was getting exasperated. She understood Clark Luthor turning out to be the complete oppsite of her Clark since he was brought up by none other than Lionel Luthor, who Lois had no doubt, was equally evil as his dead doppelganger of this world.
But that didn't mean Lois could figure out why her own doppelganger was so different from herself.
Okay, so it had been her husband's funeral, and Lois had momentarily felt bad that Oliver was dead in the other world, but pure silk? And backless? Who the hell wore such clothes during a funeral?
Plus, according to Lois, the woman was wearing far too much make-up and that hair-style was...well, plain unflattering, especially combined with that jewel comb in her hair.
That was another thing that was bothering Lois. Her doppelganger reeked of money. Her dress, her shoes, her accessories...Lois would bet her last paycheck that the Lois from the parallel world currently had over ten thousand dollars worth of ornaments on her.
“Why do you both live on a farm?”
Ah, yes, Lois thought. I had forgotten about her charming personality.
“It's our home,” Lois replied, a bit harshly, even though she had been apartment hunting that very morning.
“But you said that both of you are reporters in Metropolis. Wouldn't it be easier to live there?”
Lois was about to make a sarcastic remark, when the front door opened and Clark entered in haste.
“Lois, what's the emer...what are you wearing?”
“I'm glad to see that you would automatically know I'd never dress like that,” Lois drawled as she walked towards her fiance and in his line of sight. “Though that hair cut should have been a dead giveaway.”
Lois then stood on tip-toe and planted a lingering kiss on Clark's lips, watching her doppelganger from the corner of her eyes. Her suspicions were proven right – Earth 2 Lois had a thing for her Clark.
If Lois hadn't already disliked her doppelganger due to the differences in their personalities and sense of style, she certainly did now. Her fiance though, was oblivious to it all – the other woman's attraction to him...or her own rising temper about it.
“Lois?” Clark called out to the other woman, breaking the kiss with his fiancee which only helped to anger Lois even more. “What are you doing here?”
“I...I was worried about you.”
Lois simply rolled her eyes. Sheesh, that woman just buried her husband. Why was she getting worried about another man?
“About me?”
“After you left, I went to our apartment that I shared with Oliver. I changed, and even got myself a drink, trying to prepare for all the guests that would arrive in the Ritz Metropolis to honor my late husband's memory.”
Clark nodded, and even Lois felt a little bad as she was again reminded of Oliver's fate in the other world.
“What happened?”
“I...I know it's silly, but I got worried about you. So, I went back to Watchtower and it showed me that you went visiting farmer Jonathan Kent. He is a very bitter man and green kryptonite was found in his land. I was afraid he was going to hurt you, mistaking you for Clark Luthor, so I got a Queen Industries helicopter ready and quickly made my way over to the Kent farm. When I reached there, I saw you screaming. The moment I touched you though, something happened and I found myself outside this farm house.”
“I'm so sorry, Lois. I should have been honest with you. Jonathan Kent was my adopted father in this world.”
Lois looked incredulously at her fiance as her jaw nearly hit the floor. She had known Clark for seven years and he had only recently talked about being honest with her, but he was already talking about being truthful with her doppelganger?
And that little-black-dress-wearing witch was giving her fiance a simpering smile right in front of her?
Gritting her teeth, she stomped out of the living room and made her way into the kitchen. Clark must have noticed something because he followed right behind her.
“Hey, what's wrong?”
She knew she was being irrational, but Clark's inability to tell when a woman was hitting on him made Lois even more angry. Suddenly, images of Zatanna's cheap perfume smell on Clark and his subsequent admission, Lucy ambushing Clark, story of Earth 2 Tess planting one on him, and now her doppelganger making goo goo eyes at Clark right in front of her, flashed through Lois' mind.
“What's wrong? Oh, nothing's wrong, Clark, everything is just fine and dandy. In fact, now that Emil had fixed the mirror box, why don't you take my doppelganger to her world? Even better, stay there with her. I'm sure she'd love it.”
“Lois, what are you talking about?”
“But do send the Luthor murderer back, will you? At least, he thought I was cute.”
“You're jealous,” Clark suddenly stated, and actually smirked at her.
“Jealous? Why would I be jealous? Just because my fiance was fliring with my...”
“I was not flirting with her, Lois.”
“Yes, you were.”
“No, I wasn't. Lois, I...”
“Were too. Guess you really liked her skimpy, sleeve less, back less, little black dress, which she changed into for you, before she went rushing to rescue you from...”
“LOIS!”
“WHAT?”
“Have you seen me flirting? Ever?”
“B-bu...but you were smiling at her,” Lois replied, some what petulantly. “And talking about honesty. And...”
Clark took her in his arms and silenced her with a searing kiss.
“Lois,” Clark murmured as he let her up so that she could breath. “I know I never said this to you...”
Lois frowned at the tone used when referring to her, but got distracted at his next words.
“...but I can't live in a world where you don't love me.”
And Lois knew that currently she was looking up at Clark in the same sappy manner that her doppelganger had sported for Clark too.
“I've sent Luthor back to his world,” her fiance continued. “I have hope that he will turn out alright one day, and say what you want, but I believe that...that it'll be his Lois who will make him the hero that he has the potential to be.”
“Oh, Smallville,” Lois said with a content sigh as she snuggled into Clark. “You are so good for my ego.” Looking up, she pecked him on the lips. “I love you.”
“I love you too,” Clark returned, smiling. “Now, let's go. Clark Luthor needs his Lois back.”
“Okay, but no more flirting.”
“Lois! I wasn't...”
“Chop, chop, Smallville,” Lois smiled as she walked ahead of him, but not before throwing over her shoulder, “Lady Tight Dress is waiting.”
TWCK~EDLL
Clark looked at the two women, one smiling coyly and the other one restless, and heaved an apprehensive sigh.
“So, are you sure you'll be okay?” he asked again to Lois' doppelganger.
“Smallville! She said she'll be fine. The mirror box will take her to the farm house in her world, where if she meets Jonathan Kent, she'll explain everything. Otherwise, she'll hop in on her waiting chopper and head back to...where ever she came from.”
Earth 2 Lois gave her a guarded look, clearly not trying to say out loud what she thought of this world's Lois' manners, but still trying to convey it with her eyes. Then she turned back to Clark and gave what Lois deemed the simpering smile.
“I'll be fine. Don't worry about me.”
Like he's going to, thought Lois saracstically. He's mine and I know how to keep his mind of women.
“Okay, then. Goodbye,” Clark said, smiling.
Alternate world Lois took the mirror box and placed her hands appropriately. Just before she was about to twist it though, she ran back to Clark and gave him a brief but hard kiss on the lips.
By the time Clark recovered from the shock of it all, Earth 2 Lois was already gone.
His Lois though, was simmering with rage. Clark knew he was in big trouble and that he needed to make it up to her – fast, if he wanted to avoid her kissing Jeff again. An idea suddenly clicked in his head, and he blurred upstairs and came back down with his state championship football jersey and his check-print pajama bottoms, before addressing his fiancee.
“How do you feel about christening the porch swing?”
A/N: So, the prompt had been RWLois meeting AULois. Now, neither is bad, just different due to the respective worlds they come from. And well, we all know that AULois really liked CK and RWLois never took it well when someone tried to hit on her man .
