Did she (the old lady) have some psychic powers or something?

She may have it think it was more she had a strong bond to the girls due to taking care of them. One thing I noticed was when Angela went to see her the woman looked at her and called her Christine. Ugh this is why we need the English version.

Ugh, you're right, it's so confusing.
I mean, why was the cop having flashbacks?

The relationship had ended badly. He probably hadn't seen Christine since it ended and he did care for her. It was just a plot device to show us the past relationship between the two and the fact Angela had always been jealous of it.

Well, at least, Erica looked fabulous as Angela. I mean, she did it right after SV finished shooting. She wasn't even around for SV Finale promotion because she was filming Gemelle.

Yeah she did look great and I didn't see Lois in there at all. I thought she looked good as both. She showed a lot of range in the movie. I liked the two scenes with the men that had attacked her when she had turned the table. Especially the one where she had the guy taped to the chair can't wait for the English version. You could tell from reading their lips that the movie was filmed with them speaking English. I noticed Christine told that guy to 'beg' it was a very chilling scene.

I think the movie was made for the big screen. When that didn't work out, they dubbed it for the small screen.

Yeah I just hope it's gets it's English release. It is a dark film but interesting. Just be ready because acting wise I think Erica is going to be the only real good thing.

I think that was the main problem with Gemelle. If you think about the story, it was pretty solid. It's the acting of the supporting actors and some direction flaws that killed the movie.

Yeah the story is good. I just think there os going to be some bad acting throughout. I mean maybe I'll be surprised but there wasn't really a whole lot of chemistry between Valerio and either sis. You did get that Angela like the cop but he didn't feel that way about her. He seems hung over Christine but she just seemed to be doing him, no real emotion invovled.

You need hints of strong emotional involvement to make a pair work. This was the problem with both CA and Gemelle.
If you think about HL, although Annie was there for one episode only, the way Adam talked about her, whether to his partner or in the court, you can clearly see how beautifully the guy portrayed the length of time he had known Annie.
Whether in CA or Gemelle, both Bosley and the cop guy seemed like a total stranger to Erica's character. No depth was given to their history.

You are very negative about supporting cast...but that's your personal opinion.

I wasn't at all impressed with Gemelle's supporting cast. Since the cop and the husband was somewhat important, I was hoping for better performance. But none of the two actors left a memorable impression.

Hey Tam. I know your friend is Italian did he give you the basic plot line? We had some questions and I didn't know if he had talked to you about the movie or not.
Well I wasn't expecting the husband to be that invovled but Valerio disappointed me. Which it'll be better once I can see the movie in English I think.

Good acting can make a lasting impression. I was really impressed with the HL cast.
